We are looking for practitioners with an established business in the health and wellness industry (aesthetics, acupuncture, massage, medical). The set up of the rooms has been specifically designed to suit health practitioners.
We offer spacious, warm, quiet, well ventilated rooms with easy access location, great transportation connection: 1 min walk from Hampton Wick train station, 3 min walk from Bentall's and 5 min walk from Kingston High street. Meter parking available on Hampton Wick High street and plenty of parking within a few min.

Medical / Aesthetic Room

This room has been recently refurbished with high standards suitable for medical use or aesthetic treatments (injectable). It has a treatment coach, a consultation area with 2 armchairs and a small table and a sink. It also has a reclining armchair and plenty of storage space built specifically to suit storage of many needles in an efficient way.
The secondary double glazed obscured windows allow the daylight in without the high street noise and without allowing view from outside.
It has central heating and for the few hot summer days a local air-conditioning unit.
Talking Therapy Room

This large room became available potentially with exclusive use. It is set up as a talking therapy room, but it can easily be converted to be used for coach treatments (e.g. by a beautician).
It also has a desk where you can work between your sessions or have virtual sessions in between your face-to-face appointments.
The high advantage of this room is that being in the basement it's very quiet from the street noise and also has secondary glazed windows. However, the daylight still makes its way in, thus it doesn't feel being in the basement at all. In the winter is nice and warm, in the summer it's nice and cool without any air-conditioning.
Massage / beauty therapy room

This is a very nice cosy room with lots of storage space and a sink, best suitable for a massage or beauty therapist. There is plenty of room around the massage coach and it can be warmed up very quickly to make the room comfortable.
As it's in the basement it's extremely quiet and set up in a way that even during the day can be made in a dark room with ambient lighting. However if necessary panel can be removed and daylight allowed in the room. Windows can be also opened to air the room between treatments.
Consultation Room
(Potentially available for certain days - contact to discuss your needs)
This is a quite large room with treatment coach and a consultation area suitable for many different treatments. It is on the ground floor right next to the waiting room area and with easy access from the street.
It has plenty of storage and it has its own on suit toilet facilities - potentially good if you happen to have older clientele who are not able to take the stairs to the basement.
Colonic Hydrotherapy Room

This room is used for Colonic Hydrotherapy sessions and has all the equipment (gravity system) to perform these treatments. It also has on suit toilet facilities which is absolutely necessary to perform such treatment.
It can be rented including just the use of the colonic equipment, but also by including all necessary disposables, enema kit, herb tinctures, coffee for enema for additional fee. It can be considered to have intake forms and scheduling system set up as well for additional fees and for practitioners that are only starting out - mentoring can be provided.
We would consider self-employed or par time employed colonic therapists as well. If the right pre-requisites are available, we can provide training.
